Light headed?
If you are smoking and feel light headed it could be a few things. Smoking Afzal brand or Abed El-Khader could be the reason since they both have a higher ratio of nicotine.
Also maybe you are smoking on an empty stomach and you need to eat something.
That simply could be the cause.
