I think this proves the theory that smoking shisha improves lung-air-intake, and disproves the notion that shisha smoking can ruin your teeth !

I read that the rule is 1 teaspoon per 25 grams !Too much makes it a bit soapy. I have used glycerine on dry shisha. Most shisha has 25% glycerine, unless it dries out. Nakhla brand which is great shisha sometimes  has 20% and if it dries, for sure this is good. For making your own shisha like with tobacco, jelly, honey add 25% glycerine.

Just now am smoking¬† “Al-Waha” brand Guava flavour for the first time. I love the smell and taste of fresh guava fruit.

The Al-Waha guava is a quite realistic taste, and a slow smoke too.

First of all lighting them does not give off the big plumes of smelly smoke in your room! The sparks on it are very tiny and take 20 seconds to light once started with you match. No flying coals here. They give off a lot of heat, I use less coal and the coal does last at least 40 minutes if not more as promised! I’d give it a try!
